Note: Your registration fee covers all breakfasts and lunches during the Symposium, as well as all conference related materials.

Refund Policy:
Full refund up to 45 days before the event, 75% refund up to 30 days before event, 50% refund up to 14 days before the event, no refund 13 days or less before the event.

Location:
The 2010 APN Symposium will be held at the Hilton in Universal City California. The City Walk area is an ideal event venue, with ample meeting space, quality accommodations, and plenty of entertainment options outside of the Symposium.

Some attendees also turn the Symposium into a getaway for their families. Universal City is famous for its family-oriented entertainment and attractions. For more information on things to see and do in the City Walk area click here.

Accommodations:
We've reserved a block of rooms for Symposium attendees. These will be held, on a first-come first-served basis, until October 25, 2010. Make sure to mention the APN Symposium when making your reservation. The preferred rate for Symposium guests is $185 per night. To take advantage of this special rate, please contact the Hilton directly at 818-506-2500.

Your guest or spouse is welcome to join us for the welcome luncheon on the first day of the Symposium and the closing luncheon on the final day. The spouse/guest fee is $75.
